Three persons—two among them teenagers have been hospitalised after they were attacked by wild animals in Salonia village of Poonch Mandi Tehsil on Sunday evening.
The victims have been identified as 18 years old Ruksana Kouser daughter of Mohammad Fareed, 22 years old Mahmood Nawaz son of Mohammad Fareed and 15 years old Kulsoom Fatima daughter of Munir Hussain. Officials said that the trio were present near their house when a wild animal, believed to be a jackal, attacked them leaving the trio injured.
“They were hospitalised in Mandi sub district hospital and later referred to Poonch district hospital.” officials added.
