Chief Justice reconstitutes 30 HC committees

The chief justice Friday reconstituted thirty existingcommittees of the judges of Jammu and Kashmir high court.

An order issued from the office of registrar general atJammu read, “The chief justice has been pleased to reconstitute the existingcommittees of the judges of the high court.”

   

As per the order, the administrative committee now consistsof the chief justice, justice Rajesh Bindal and justice Ali Mohammad Magrey.

The finance committee consists of justice Rajesh Bindal andjustice Ali Mohammad Magrey.

The building and infrastructure committee (high court bothwings) consists of justice Rajesh Bindal, justice Ali Mohammad Magrey, justiceDhiraj Singh Thakur and justice Sanjeev Kumar.

The information technology committee consists of justiceRajesh Bindal, justice Ali Mohammad Magrey and justice Tashi Rabstan.

The state court management systems committee consists ofjustice Rajesh Bindal, justice Ali Mohammad Magrey and justice Sanjeev Kumar.

The rules committee consists of justice Rajesh Bindal,justice Ali Mohammad Magrey and justice Sanjeev Kumar.

The committee to monitor the effective implementation of thevarious decisions/resolutions passed in the chief justice’s conference, 2016,consists of justice Rajesh Bindal, justice Ali Mohammad Magrey and justiceSanjay Kumar Gupta.

The examination cum judicial education and trainingprogramme committee consists of justice Ali Mohammad Magrey, justice DhirajSingh Thakur, justice Tashi Rabstan and justice Sanjeev Kumar.

The committee to review current postings of judicial offersmake recommendations for posting and transfer for judicial officers as well asrationalization of allocation of work consists of justice Ali Mohammad Magrey,justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur, justice Tashi Rabstan, justice Sanjeev Kumar andjustice Rashid Ali Dar.

The vigilance committee for the judicial officers consistsof justice Ali Mohammad Magrey, justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur and justice SanjeevKumar.
