Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate Bashir Ahmad Mir has won ward 74 of Srinagar Municipal Corporation (SMC).
An official said that Mir has got eight out of total nine votes polled in Bagh-e-Mehtab ward of the SMC.
Polling for the ward was held during the first phase of municipal polls.
For the Srinagar municipal corporation, the counting is being held today at the Sher-e-Kashmir International Convention Centre (SKICC) in Srinagar.
