Dr Mahroosha, a candidate for the post of assistant professor at SKIMS has alleged that the recent interviews were “mismanaged.”
“I was called for interview in December 2017. But interview got cancelled. This time I again received interview call letter. However, at the venue I was asked to produce a court order that would state I am eligible.”
However, the SKIMS administration said the candidate had not been asked to appear for the interview. “We had asked her to be present at the venue to clarify her position vis-à-vis a court order,” Prof Omar Javed Shah, director SKIMS said. “The apical selection committee (ASC), after scrutinizing the documental evidence, decided that she could not be allowed to appear in interview.
