Jammu and Kashmir National Conference on Monday asserted the corner stone of the development programme of the party is to empower the youth of state.
Addressing a Women’s wing convention here at party headquarters party’s state women’s wing president, Ex MLA Habbakadal, ShameemaFirdous, said, “The past few years have seen abject lack of initiatives by thegovernment towards emancipation of the youth. Youth policy is cross-sectorialthat involves effective investment in a number of different areas such asemployment, education, leisure.”
