Srinagar May 16: Abdul Rashid Shah, father of Dr Muhammad Maroof Shah, a renowned researcher and writer, passed away on Sunday night, family sources said.
The deceased, a resident of Kanan Bandipora, presently Nagbal Raj Bagh Colony was a well known teacher.
His funeral was held at 9:30 am this morning at Rajbagh Colony, Nagbal.
