The J&K government on Friday ordered a minor reshuffle in forest department.
As per order issued by commissioner secretary forest department, Range Officer Gazalla Abdulla awaiting orders of adjustment with CCF Kashmir has been transferred and posted as in-charge DFO Lakes and Waterway (project Officer) against available vacancy.
Also, Manzoor Ahmad Bhat, in-charge range officer control room Shopian has been transferred and posted as in-charge range officer Verinag vice Riyaz Ahmad who has been asked to report to CF South.
“This arrangement shall not confer any prefential right to officers/ officials for further promotion or regularization. This shall also be subject to any inquiry/ court case pending against the concerned officers or related with the post/officers,” the order reads.
In a separate order issued by commissioner secretary forest department, in-charge ACF, Shn Riyaz Ahmad Gul awaiting orders of adjustment with CCF Kashmir has been transferred and posted as in–charge DFO Urban Forestry Srinagar vice in-charge DFO, Mukhtiar Ahmad who has been asked to report to chief conservator of forests Kashmir.
“This shall however, be subject to any court case pending in the Court of Competent Jurisdiction and shall not confer any preferential right to the incumbents for any further promotion or regularization against the post,” the order reads.
