The directorate of school education Kashmir (DSEK) on Sunday said that the summer vacations in Kashmir and winter zone of Jammu division stand deferred as already notified.
In a statement, it said that a fake order is being circulated on social media.
“In response to the false news being circulated on social media regarding the announcement of summer vacations in the schools of Kashmir Division, Director School Education Kashmir, Dr. G.N. Itoo has said that the summer vacations in Kashmir Division stand deferred as already notified vide order no. 793-Edu of 2018, dated: 29-06-2018,” said the statement.
Itoo said that the class work in schools shall be held as per routine.
