Uri drowning incident | Body of second youth recovered after 18-days

Srinagar, Mar 21: Body of a second person was recovered on Thursday, eighteen days after a drowning incident was reported from Uri in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.

Quoting an official, news agency GNS reported that the body of one Bilal Ahmad Reshi (24) son of Abdul Ahad Reshi of Arizal Budgam was recovered today during a joint rescue operation.

   

“The operation to locate the other missing person continues at the site,” the official said.

On March 3, three labourers died after the bridge they were working on collapsed in Uri.
