Various social organisations, activists and other prominent persons have widely condoled the death of Syed Muzaffar Hussain Shah, retired Chief Engineer (CE) of Kishtwar, who was a close relative of former MLC and provincial president Apni Party Syed Asgar Ali.
The departed soul was a noble and kind person, besides being a prominent personality and social figure of district Kishtwar. After superannuation, the deceased had dedicated his life for public service and welfare of the common masses.
