The three-day teaching and learning workshop concluded at Government Degree College here.
The workshop was inaugurated by the College Principal, ProfYasmeen Farooq. She said the aim of the event was to foster greater interest inhigh-tech implication in teaching and learning.
The workshop included a combination of lectures, technicalsessions, and also practical training of the participants by a number ofresource persons. The workshop revolved around the practice of differentteaching-learning aids in classrooms and also the use of ICT in managingdifferent knowledge processes from knowledge generation to its dissemination.
Dr Rana Hashmy of Department of Computer Science, Universityof Kashmir was the chief guest at the valedictory function.
She threw light on the present scenario of highereducational institutes and highlighted the ways technology plays a great rolein knowledge storage and broadcasting.
