Anjuman Auqaf, Jama Masjid here on Wednesday expressed good wishes to Muslim Ummah on arrival of holy month of Ramadhan. In a statement, Anjuman prayed to Almighty Allah to bestow Muslims with good health to spend this holy month with full sincerity and dedication.
In view of the ongoingcoronavirus pandemic, Anjuman, keeping in view strict medical advisories ofmaintaining social distance will continue with suspension of Fridaycongregations and Taraweeh prayers in Jama Masjid till situation returns tonormal.
“So, it is suggested toMuslims to offer Taraweeh along with the mandatory daily five time prayers athomes and seek Almighty Allah’s refuge from the pandemic,” said the statement.
