CUK conducts seminar on draft ‘National Education Policy-2019’

Central University of Kashmir (CUK) Vice-Chancellor, Prof Mehraj ud Din Mir Wednesday said the Draft National Education Policy-2019 has addressed number of issues which were left in earlier policies and the School and Higher education have been put apart while emphasis have been given to the school education.

“School education lays foundation and it is from there thechild gets proper direction,” Mir said while addressing one-day seminar on”Draft National Education Policy-2019″ organised jointly by the School ofEducation (SoE) and Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of the CentralUniversity of Kashmir (CUK) at Green Campus here.
