Chairman PDF Hakeem Yaseen has urged the government to take adequate measures to evacuate all the labourers, shawl vendors and students who are stranded in various places of the country. In a statement, Hakeem Yaseen said hundreds of students and labourers of Jammu and Kashmir are stuck due total closure of air and road traffic.
He said the stranded students and labourers are making distress calls for their immediate evacuation. “It was legitimate duty of the government to come to the rescue of its citizens in these testing times,” Yaseen said while urging the LG GC Murmu to ensure safety of doctors and paramedics on frontline duty and provide them required health protection gears.
