With the blessings of Almighty Allah, the pilgrims are set to depart for Haj tomorrow. We extend our heartfelt wishes to all those embarking on this sacred journey, praying for their health and well-being throughout. Here are some essential tips to remember:

 

   
  1. Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration, especially in high temperatures.
  2. Sun Protection: Wear sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat to protect against harmful UV rays.
  3. Dress Appropriately: Wear loose, light-colored clothing to stay cool and comfortable.
  4. Rest: Take frequent breaks to rest and avoid overexertion, especially during outdoor rituals.
  5. Heat Stroke Awareness: Be aware of the signs of heat stroke, such as dizziness, headache, and nausea, and seek medical help if necessary.
  6. Stay Cool: Seek shade or air-conditioned areas whenever possible to avoid overheating.
  7. Proper Footwear: Wear comfortable shoes suitable for walking long distances.
  8. Personal Hygiene: Maintain good hygiene practices, including regular handwashing, to prevent the spread of illnesses. Consider wearing a face mask in the crowd.
  9. Dietary Considerations: Choose light, easily digestible foods and avoid heavy or spicy meals to prevent digestive issues.
  10. Medical Preparedness: Carry necessary medications and a first aid kit, and be aware of nearby medical facilities in case of emergencies.
