A student was injured after government forces fired at a group of youth who pelted them with stones in Nadihal area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Monday.
The injured youth has been identified as Ubaid Manzoor, resident of Nadihal Baramulla.
He was immediately shifted to Baramulla district hospital where from he was shifted to Srinagar for specialized treatment.
Medical Superintendent, Baramulla hospital, Dr Syed Masood, according to GNS news agency, said the youth has suffered a firearm injury in his thigh.
