A policeman was injured after his service rifle went off accidentally in Sopore area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Thursday.
Quoting official sources, news agency GNS reported that the rifle of Mohammad Ashraf went off accidentally while he was on duty in Tujjer Sharif area.
It said that the bullet hit Ashraf on the foot. He was immediately shifted to a hospital for treatment.
