7 JK Public School students score above 95% marks in CBSE 12th standard exam

Among the seven toppers, 5 students hadhumanities stream while one each had non-medical and commerce stream.

Anoushka Bhatnagar (Humanities) scored96.4% marks, Khushboo Khajuria (Humanities) 96%, Riya Choudhary (Humanities)95.8%, Aahwan Gupta (Commerce) 95.6%, Sanskriti Singh (Humanities) 95.4%, AmanGoswami (Non-medical) 95.2 % and Bhavini Sharma (Humanities) scored 95% marks.

   

 School principal, SK Singh, told GreaterKashmir that 21 students of the school also scored between 90-95%, 39between 80-90% and 22 between 75-80% marks. 

Three students of the school-Aahwan Gupta, Bhavini Sharma, AnoushkaBhatnagar-scored cent percent marks in Business Studies, Sociology andPolitical Science stream while three other students-Chirag Gupta, HimaniDebnath and Suman Sharma-scored 99 percent marks in Mathematics, Biology andBiology and PHE stream.

SK Singh, the school principal saidthat all 143 students who appeared in CBSE board exam have successfully passedthe examination.

Addressing media persons, he said, “This is a proud moment for theentire JKPS family. We at JK Public School are committed for the holisticdevelopment of our future leaders. Our alumni students are now representingJ&K State in defence sector as army officers, film industry as actors,legal services as advocates, medical services as doctors, and in researchsector as scientist and engineers.””And, we will continue tostrive for the betterment of students,” he added.
