Divisional Commissioner Jammu, Sanjeev Verma today convened an officers meeting to review arrangements being put in place for conduct of civil service (P) examination, 2019 on June 2.
Deputy Commissioner Jammu, Ramesh Kumar, Chairman J&KService Selection Board, Rahul Sharma besides senior officers from Education,Police and concerned departments attended the meeting.
The Div Com had a detailed assessment of Examination venues,power and water supply, security arrangements and other requisite facilities tobe made available for the successful conduct of the examinations.
Meanwhile, the Div Com also reviewed the arrangements beingput in place for conduct of examinations for different categories of posts bythe JKSSB from 6th of May, 2019 onwards.The Div Com asked the Department of State MotorGarages to ensure that adequate transportation facilities are provided to theconcerned authorities.
