Bijbehara Sports Club lifted the Baba Naseeb Din Gazi (BNG) Cricket tournament title defeating Bridge Town Bijebehara in the final played at Higher Secondary School ground Bijbehara on Sunday.
Bridge Town Bijbehara won the toss and decided to bat first.They scored 177 runs for the loss of six wickets in allotted 30 overs. ZamanQayoom with 57, Khalid with 29 and Samad Bhat with 26 were highest scorers forthem while as Sameer took three wickets while as Asif Rasool took two.
In reply Bijbehara Sports Club chased target in 29 overs forthe loss of seven wickets. Talha with 48 runs , Asif with 35 and Aqib with 34were highest scorers for them.
Talha Ashraf for his 48 run knock was adjudged as man of thematch. The tournament was organized by Bijbehara Cricket Organisation.
