Governor Satya Pal Malik could not attend Sher-e-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS) annual day function here as he was unwell, an official statement said on Wednesday.
The statement said the Governor was in fact already scheduled to go to New Delhi after attending afunction in Srinagar for medical consultations but had to prepone his departure because of medical reasons.
