The Jammu and Kashmir government Tuesday placed 40 junior-scale Kashmir administrative service (KAS) officers and 13 departmental feeding services (DFS) officers in the time-scale of Jammu and Kashmir administrative service.
An order issued by the general administration department read: “Sanction is hereby accorded to the placement of 40 junior scale KAS officers and 13 officers of different departmental feeding services, in the time scale of Jammu and Kashmir administrative service, on stop-gap basis, in their own pay and grade.”
