Jammu: The J&K High Court Bar Association, Jammu Saturday staged a sit-in protest seeking revocation of the order of shifting of Debt Recovery Tribunal to Chandigarh.
Led by Jammu Bar President M K Bhardwaj, the sit-in protest was held at District Court Complex, Janipur.
The protesters demanded revocation of the order of shifting of Debt Recovery Tribunal to Chandigarh.
“There is a need to create five benches of the Central Administrative Tribunal in J&K and Ladakh for smooth functioning. There is also a need of shifting the CAT bench in the Jammu court premises,” they demanded.
