Ganderbal: A bear was found dead under mysterious circumstances Ganderbal on Thursday.
Locals spotted a dead black bear in the Peer Mohalla area of Khalmollah in Ganderbal district after which Wildlife officials were informed.
A Wildlife official said that after receiving the information, a team of the Department of Wildlife recovered the body of the bear from the Khalmollah area.
He said they shifted it to Dachigam National Park for medical formalities.
