Srinagar: Divisional Commissioner (Div Com) Kashmir, Pandurang K Pole today flagged off “Childline Se Dosti” Week of Childline- an NGO, from the premises of his office on Children’s Day or (Bal Diwas), being celebrated every year on November 14 across the country.
The childline is a non-government organization, working for the rights of children who are in distress and need of assistance.
Children’s Day is being celebrated with an aim to increase awareness of the rights, care and education of children. On the occasion, Children tied Surakhsha Bandhan to Divisional Commissioner.
