Rajouri: An army soldier on Wednesday sustained injuries in an explosion due to anti-personnel landmine along the Line of Control (LoC) in Poonch.
Officials said that the explosion took place at a forward location on the Line of Control in Poonch sector of the border district this afternoon.
They said that an army team was on routine duty at a forward location in Poonch sector when the explosion took place in which a soldier of Havildar rank sustained injuries.
“He has been shifted to Poonch hospital and is under treatment,” said officials.
