One person was killed and two others injured when an auto load carrier they were traveling in met with an accident in Poonch district on Tuesday.
Police said the auto load carrier JK02A 0278 on way from Kabdeyara Bandi Chechian to Poonch town met with an accident at Nangali village as it skidded off the road.
Driver namely Sajjad Ahmed, aged 21, son of Khursheed Ahmed resident of Saujiyan Poonch died on the spot while the injured have been identified as Toyib Kazmi, aged 15, son of Ikhlaq Hussain resident of Nangali and Gulzar Ahmed, aged 21, son of Farooq Ahmed resident of Saujiyan.
Both the injured have been shifted to GMC&H Jammu after preliminary treatment at Poonch hospital.
