A youth was crushed to death by a rock Monday when it slipped from above a construction site in Sangiote village of Mendhar.
The 22-year-old college student wasidentified as Umar Farooq son of Noor Hussain of Sangiote.
Witnesses said the incident happened asmembers of Farooq’s family were constructing a shop when a rock slipped fromabove crushing him to death on the spot.
