A woman who was critically injured in a road accident at Nowshera died Sunday, a day after a scooty she was driving skidded off road.
A police official said a scooty JK11C 853 met with an accident at Nonial village on Saturday evening in which a woman Paramjeet Kour wife of Pritam Singh resident of Nonial was injured.
She was removed to Jammu Government Medical College after treatment at a local hospital but succumbed Sunday morning.
Post-mortem examination of the body was conducted and later it was handed over to the family for last rites before a case was registered, the police official said. GKNN
