Investigators are working to gather evidence at the scene, and there are indications that the attackers may have escaped, with authorities pursuing them. Electronic billboards across Russia display a candle with the word “Skorbim” (We mourn).

Prime Minister Modi took to the social platform “X” to share his message of solidarity, stating, “We strongly condemn the heinous terrorist attack in Moscow. Our thoughts and prayers are with the families of the victims. India stands in solidarity with the government and the people of the Russian Federation in this hour of grief.”
