19 law officers of Jammu wing of HC allotted deptts

State government on Tuesday allotted departments amongst 19 law officers of Jammu wing of the High Court.

As per an order, SS Nanda, senior additional advocate general, was allotted housing and urban development department, JMC, J&K housing board and revenue, relief and rehabilitation department; SeemaShekharKhajuria, senior additional advocate general, was allotted GAD and food, civil supplies and consumer affairs department; HA Siddiqui, senior advocate general, was allotted health and medical education, law, justice and parliamentary affairs departments and JKTDC; CM Koul, senior additional advocate general, was allotted planning, monitoring and development, hospitality and protocol, ARI trainings, civil aviation departments and ERA; Ravinder Gupta, additional advocate general, was allotted school education department and Ranbir press; Farooq Ahmed Natnoo, additional advocate general, was allotted industries and commerce, higher education, tourism, custodian departments, J&KPCC and BOPEE; AseemSawhney, additional advocate general, was asked to deal with litigations of agricultural production, technical education, youth services and sports, PDD, J&K agro industries departments and resident commissioner, New Delhi; Amit Gupta, additional advocate general, was allotted public works, SSB, floriculture including parks and garden departments, Raman Sharma, deputy advocate general, was allotted home department and vigilance organization; Vishal Bharti, deputy advocate general, was allotted social welfare and science and technology departments; Arshad Malik, deputy advocate general, was allotted rural development department and cable car corporation; KDS Jamwal, deputy advocate general, was allotted PHE, I&FC and cooperative departments; SudeshMagotra, deputy advocate general, was allotted tribal affairs, animal and sheep husbandry, state financial corporation, estate and horticulture departments; Rajesh Thappa, deputy advocate general, was allotted JDA, higher education, information and information and technology departments; Sunil Malhotra, government advocate, was allotted transport, J&K SRTC and SFC; Ayjaz Lone, government advocate, was allotted labour and employment, fisheries, women’s development corporation, J&K buildings and other construction works welfare board and Haj and Auqaf departments; Jamrodh Singh, government advocate, was allotted J&K agro industries limited, SIDCO and SICOP; BhanuJasrotia, government advocate, was allotted department of culture, JKAACL and KVIB and AdarshBhagat, government advocate, was allotted Ladakh Affairs and IMPA.

   

“The departments/corporations that have not been allotted to the law officers shall remain with advocate general and allocation of departments is subject to the satisfactory performance of the law officers which shall be reviewed periodically,” said the order.
