Srinagar Dec 23: The J&K government on Thursday announced winter vacation for degree colleges in the union territory.
As per an order issued to this effect by Principal Secretary Higher Education Department, Rohit Kansal, all government degree colleges in Kashmir division and those falling under winter zone Jammu shall observe the winter vacation with effect from December 27 till February 14, 2022.
The vacation for degree colleges falling under summer zone Jammu shall be effective from December 27 till January 5, the order said.
