Head of Mutahida Majlis Ulema and APHC Chairman Mirwaiz Umar Farooq today paid tributes to Hazrat Ali (RA) on his martyrdom anniversary.
“Hazrat Ali (RA) spent his entire life for the cause ofAllah and Islam and followed the footprints of beloved Prophet Muhammad (SAW)till his martyrdom,” Mirwaiz said addressing a religious gathering at therevered shrine of Dastgeer Sahab (RA) Sarai Bala here, in connection with theAshra-e-Najat and the martyrdom anniversary of Hazrat Ali (RA).
“Hazrat Ali (RA) earned fame for being born in thehouse of Allah, the Khana-e-Kabba and he was also martyred in a Masjid inKoofa. Hazrat Ali (RA) will continue to be an inspiration for the Muslims tillthe Day of Judgment. He said Hazrat Ali (RA) fought for justice and fairnesswith full might and didn’t surrender till his last breath which will be writtenwith the golden words in the history of Islam,” he said.
