Baramulla, June 26: At least five J&K police personnel including an ASI were injured after a vehicle they were travelling in turned turtle at Kunzar in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Saturday, police said.
The injured were identified as Harvinder Singh (ASI), Mukhtar Ahmad, Ajaz Ahmad, Firdous Ahmad and Imtiyaz Ahmad. Two of the injured were shifted to SMHS hospital Srinagar for advanced treatment. The accident occurred when the driver of the vehicle of Special Operation Group (SOG) of police lost control over it.
A police spokesperson said that the injured are stable and under treatment at the hospital.
