Srinagar: Residents of Bagh-Ali-Mardan area in Old City here have expressed resentment over delay in repair of transformer in their locality.
A delegation from the area said the transformer feeding electricity to the locality developed snag on Saturday. “We are reeling under darkness for last 24 hours. PDD has failed to repair or replace the damaged transformer. We make a fervent appeal to Chief Engineer PDD to look into the matter,” they said.
