Indo-Pak troops exchange fire on LoC

Indo-Pak troops exchanged gun fire at two separate locations on the line of control in Nowshera and Sunderbani sectors of Rajouri district on the third consecutive day on Thursday.

However, there was no report of any loss of life or injury.

   

Sources said the firing started Thursday at about 07:45am in Mala and Maneka villages of Sunderbani sectors and three to four forward locations and posts got affected.

“Firing lasted for more than four hours which spread panic in the area,” said sources.

Similarly, firing also took place in the same area in Sunderbani sector during last night at 12:30.

A small exchange of fire also took place in Kalal area of Nowshera.
