The investigation has been started into the death case of an infant, who allegedly was killed in a scuffle between two families in Rajouri district, police said on Wednesday.
The incident occurred at Bhella Khawas village of the district, where two months old baby died allegedly in scuffle between families of Abdul Gafoor and Lal Hussain.
“In the clash, two month old baby girl of Abdul Gafoor died, whose family is alleging that their baby was killed by other family involved in the clash. The scuffle had erupted due to a land dispute,” said a police official on condition of anonymity.
He added that police has registered a case in the incident.
