Outraged at Service Selection Board (SSB) ignoring Rajouri district in the advertisement for post of teachers, educated unemployed youth of Rajouri took to the streets on Wednesday and staged a massive anti-government protest here
Led by youth leaders, protesters raised slogans against government and also set the effigies of politicians ablaze.
Protesters said that recent advertisement notification of recruitment of General Line Teachers by SSB is an injustice with unemployed youth and expressed dismay over what they called step motherly treatment being meted out to them.
Protesters demanded re-advertising of posts and threatened of staging more protests if government continues with same policy.
